Round The Code is the owner of the website located at https://www.roundthecode.com and is collectively referred to as “Round The Code”, “we”, “us” and “our” in these terms and conditions.

These terms and conditions related to any paid orders that you make with us. Any prices that are displayed are inclusive of any charges. The price you see is the price you pay. Generally, the prices displayed will be in US dollars (USD), but there may be some countries where we able to offer a purchase in that country’s local currency. At present, we can do this in the United Kingdom where prices are displayed in Great British Pounds (GBP) and in countries that use the Euro (EUR). Your location is set based on your IP address being queried from the GeoIP2 database.

When using a local currency, we use the current exchange rate against the price in USD as a guide. There may be some variations with the local currency price against the USD price with the current exchange rate. This is to take into consideration the constant changes to the exchange rate and rounding of the price. However, we will get it as close to the current exchange rate as possible.

When making a paid order through us, you will be required to enter your email address and agree to these terms and conditions.

You will then be redirected to our online payment provider, Stripe. We use Stripe’s hosted payment solution, meaning that you are redirected to a payment page hosted by Stripe. Stripe will ask you for credit/debit card details, a billing address and to confirm your email address. These details are taken on Stripe’s servers and as a result, we have no access to your credit or debit card details.

When a successful payment has been taken from Stripe, you are redirected back to us, and we get certain information from Stripe’s API about the status of the order to help us decide if the purchase was successful. The information we get from Stripe’s API include the status of the order, the payment status, customer email, and the amount paid alongside the currency.

Once we’ve decided that the order was successful, you are redirected to a confirmation page where you can download your purchase through a unique link. You will also be emailed confirmation of your order which will also include the link to download your purchase.

For tax purposes, we are in the United Kingdom. Tax collection is calculated on the location of the customer's billing address. Tax collection is only collected for locations where we are registered to collect tax.
